The need for farm modernisation and the new regulations on farm buildings put farmers under serious challenge. The lack of comprehensive information and the lacking link between authorities and architects led to a situation in which farmers follow mainly their instincts and financial possibilities when planning a new farm building. We bring together all players on this conference to indentify how a modern stable should look like under our circumstances in Transylvania.
